Mitsy Broadus
Mitsy is a 2003 graduate of Lubbock Christian University with a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems. She has worked in the employee benefits field for over five years, starting her career at HealthSmart as a Claims Repricer. Mitsy joined Insurance Associates in 2005 and serves as our Internal Marketing Representative. She works very closely with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive, accurate quotes for our clients. Using her claims processing experience, she also adjudicates dental reimbursement plans.
In addition, Mitsy also handles much of the graphic design for Insurance Associates and our clients. She has created several employee benefit communication websites, and is involved in creating printed communication pieces such as Hidden Paychecks.
Mitsy is originally from New Deal and enjoys photography and sports.
