Amy Quiroz

Amy joined Insurance Associates in 2006.  Her prior experience in employee benefits includes working in the Customer Service Department at FirstCare Health Plans for five years.  As an account manager at Insurance Associates, she is a valuable asset to our clients, providing them with knowledge of the internal processes and procedures within the insurance company.

Amy serves as a liaison between your company and the insurance carrier.  By working closely with your Human Resource department to resolve billing discrepancies, claims issues, and membership problems, Amy allows her clients to focus on their responsibilities while she handles the details of their benefit plans.

Amy graduated from Wayland Baptist University in 2007 with a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources.

She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, and strives to stay informed of the latest issues that affect her clients.

Amy and her husband, Greg, are newlyweds who enjoy traveling in their spare time.
